Welcome to the Appointment System for the 

UTC Writing & Communication Center

Our schedule has three options for appointment types: 

 

“In Person Meeting”: Choose this option to meet with us at a set day and time in our consultation space in Library room 118. Online consultations utilize a shared whiteboard space, a chat box, and can connect to webcams and microphones. 

“Online Meeting”: Choose this option to meet with us at a set day and time in our virtual consultation space. These consultations utilize videoconferencing and a shared whiteboard space, and a chat box. To ensure you can access all of the features of our virtual space, you will need to log in from a laptop or desktop computer. 

“Submit a Draft for Feedback”: This option allows you to get feedback on your paper without real-time interaction. Submit your paper, assignment guidelines, and your top concerns. One of our consultants will spend 45 minutes reviewing your draft and writing up some detailed feedback for you. Note that we do not edit or proofread your paper. Once we have compiled your feedback, you will receive it via email.
